You can be great in life, yes you can. That is God's plan for your life. You must never resign to fate. You must never allow anything or anyone to stop you. If Joseph succeeded despite all odds, you too can succeed. If Barack Obama could become the first African American President of the United States of America at a time when it was least expected, you too can become the person God wants you to become.

YES, YOU CAN
He only spent few months in "blab school" a school with no books of which the students repeated the teacher's word aloud. But with a commitment to his dream, he taught himself mathematics, read classical literature and worked on his writing style. His Bible was his model for writing and speaking and he disciplined himself to produce crisp, clear, simple sentences. he once said,

Abraham lincoln near the fire cabin
"I will study and prepare myself, and one day when the time comes, I will be ready"Of course, his time came and he became the 16th president of the United states of America. YOU TOO can succeed if you think you can. Your opportunity will come but you must prepare yourself for it. yes, YOU CAN DO THE IMPOSSIBLE.
HELLEN
If Helen Keller could summon the courage to conquer her world despite her physical disability, yes, you can do the impossible. She was born a normal child in every way but was diagnosed with 'acute congestion of the stomach and brain" at nineteen months old and suffered a fever that took her to the brink of death. When the fever broke, the disease was gone but so were her disabilities to see, hear and speak. At this age, this was a terrible condition, JUST IMAGINE YOURSELF BEEN GIVEN BIRTH TO AND AFTER NINETEEN MONTHS YOU COULD NO LONGER SEE. expert s predicted a life "DOOMED TO A VOID ETERNAL DARK SILENCE".
Keller, however refused to relinquish her curiosity about the world or her desire to communicate. her attempt to communicate prompted her to overturn the baby carriage in which her baby sister was sleeping and shortly thereafter, to catch her apron on fire by the family's hearth. Alarmed by this behaviour, her parents sought help, including the counsel of Alexander Bell. A year later, the search for a teacher ended when Anne Mansfield Sullivan became keller's mentor and friend and taught her to make an association with objects and letters that wee 'fingered" into her hand. Within months, keller's remarkable progress had attacked the interest of educator's nation wide.
With a strong determination not to limit her communication to reading and writing, keller began to take speech lessons and eventually learned to speak not only English but also French and German. She successfully completed courses in latin, Greek and Roman History and she earned HONORS IN ENGLISH AND GERMAN. In 1900, she entered Radcliff College.
It was during her lifetime, she lectured in every state of the union, speaking mainly on the needs of the blind and raising funds to help found the national Committee for the Prevention of Blindness. She also helped create the American Foundation for the Blind. She wrote a number of books and essays, and she made a motion picture of HER LIFE.
Her story is a proof that nothing can stop you getting to the top and achieving your visions in life. Although she was denied of physical light (owing to her blindness), she did not deny herself the spiritual - VISION. When asked what she considered the number one greatest tragedy of man, SHE RESPONDED UNEQUIVOCALLY THAT " THAT THE NUMBER ONE GREATEST TRAGEDY OF MAN IS HAVING SIGHT WITHOUT VISION". She has proven that no one can stop your reaching your goals and being what you are meant to be if you do not stop yourself. i believe that you too can succeed. YES, YOU CAN!
You may be a school drop-out, but you are not a destiny drop-YOU. Your destiny is colourful, you can achieve greatness if you take a step to develop your abilities. I read a story of a man named RICHARD BRANSON who through personal development became a resounding success. he is the emperor of the VIRGIN EMPIRE, a conglomerate. He was a school drop-out, who started his journey as a newspaper vendor and developed the art of reading. he was once listed as the 11th wealthiest Briton.
He owns an airline, a soft drink company, a music industry among other companies. About TWENTY OF HIS MANAGERS ARE MILLIONAIRES. EACH ARRIVES FOR THEIR MEETING IN THEIR PERSONAL JETS. Though he was a school drop-out, he was NOT A " brain drop-out." His story also shows that you have no excuse to remain a failure. you can become a success. YES, YOU CAN!
Great ambassadors, the colour of your skin is not a disadvantage in getting to the top and been the best. Barack Obama was a black man of a Kenyan father yet, through hardwork, determination and commitment to purpose, he became the first black president of America. You are not in lack because you are black. You lack because you slack. The story of president Obama shows that the black race is not disadvantaged in the school of greatness. Any black person can become the best anywhere in this world.
